Re: What Did You Do to Your Hotrod Today?

Maybe drill some strategic holes for spraying PB blaster.
Would a bearing press/puller kit work and allow you to use an impact gun? Probably take some customizing. But a slide hammer is going wear out that rotator cuff

Re: What Did You Do to Your Hotrod Today?

Just torque them to 150 ft.pounds and roll some coal.

Ps. I am kidding. Never do what forums tell you to do. In fact, doing the opposite is always better.

Re: What Did You Do to Your Hotrod Today?

Polished the headlights on my 07 tahoe. Trying to restor it to its former glory.

The clear on the 20" aluminum wheels is toast. What do?

Re: What Did You Do to Your Hotrod Today?

Working on a DIY servicing of my 97 wrangler's fuel evap' canistor. Tired of my shop smelling like gas. Hacksaw and $10 of activated charcoal beats a $60 new off the shelf piece. I got smart on them when i put one in the chevelle. That DIY setup uses 1psi check valves. So it only purges when it has ...

Re: What Did You Do to Your Hotrod Today?

Test drove the chevelle after the swap over to in-tank pumps. I also played with the PWM controller and tweaked the custom circuit board i put in front of it. The result is: 1) key on = pump at 100 % for 5 seconds, then switches to low mode at 25%. 2) low mode is from 0-2000 RPM. 3) medium mode is 2...

Jeep TJ wheels and tires

20200308_130932-resized-1024.jpg My father just bought a 1999 Wrangler TJ. The seller had just put a fresh set of 33x12.50 tires on new 15x10" aluminum Ion wheels. Less than 500 miles on them. My pops wants to go back to a stock wheel and tire size. SO this can be a trade, or you can buy them outri...

Re: I'll bet he wishes he didn't have remote start...

My chevelle has the nuetral safety delete mod', because driver-mod'.

But a video of this incident would mesh well with the mustang car show rolling burnout attempts. F'in Christine cars.

Does that last reference make me old? I mean, i am, but for self awareness sake...
