Damn that's heavy. My 02 weighed 3150 with 1/2 tank and 220lb driver....at the track. Wondering how accurate that scale is tho... :scratchhead:

Yeah the 4th gen is quite a bit lighter than the 5th. I hear the 6th dropped that back down a bit though.

Yeah, The plastic fenders help. It is a slick top car too.

More like 3400 stock without you in it. That car was missing some parts or the scale was off. My last TA was 3440 I think. I use the calibrated and certified scales at Cedar Safe on Maysville Road.

Just noticed it was a hard top. I've heard that is 100 pounds less, but I've never personally weighed one.

Scale could be off but 3150 isn't impossible if you've done some lightweighting from what I've seen out of road-race f-bodys. I highly doubt mine is that low.

You can get them in the 2's if you go crazy. I'm just talking stock. Not a chance in hell it weighs 3100 pounds.
