I have done this in the past (15 years ago) but the person that had the license is no longer available and now I need the paperwork done for the rebuilt title. Car had minor damage to front bumper, headlight and I bought new parts and installed them. Airbags did not deploy and I have receipts for the parts. Anyone know of a dealer that will not charge a fortune for processing paperwork? Last time I had to trailer the car to Montgomery for the inspection and I can do it again.

Will the license departements in each county not do this? I'm almost positive I've seen inspections at the HSV courthouse.

When I done it, it was simple. I processed everything online myself and a inspector called me to set up a date in which he could come to my house. It was very simple.
